Engineered in the year of 2002, Soleil live-aboard vessel is 28 meters classical motor yacht built with wood and fine technical engineering. The hull of the ship is constructed with wood and the interior of the cruise is fitted with excellent modern amenities. Cruising with an average speed of 10 knots, Soleil live-aboard ship has the capacity of accommodating 18 passengers in 8 fully air-conditioned cabins with attached bathrooms and hot and cold water running facility. All cabins have opened windows.

Soleil has hosts of facilities including two sun decks, two Jacuzzi, dining room, bar, shop selling souvenirs and other items, safe deposits, library, first-aid facility, board games, video facilities and state of art music system.
Communication or navigation equipments on board comprise of international direct dial telephone, mobile phone, radio phone, CB radio and GPS. There are two soundproof generators supplying current on Soleil live-aboard ship. 220 volts AC, 24 V DC, sweet water tank with a capacity of 4000 liters and desalination plant are various other utilities aboard.

While cruising with Soleil, excursions will include night fishing, big game fishing, visit to uninhabited islands, resort visits, barbeque on the beach and snorkeling. The diving school provides two dives a day, diving lessons, compressors, diving cylinder, oxygen, diving dhoni and rental equipment.
